What do you do at Redwood?
I’m a Director/Producer and Head of Film

What did you do before working at Redwood?
As a freelance Director and Cameraman, I worked on commercials, TV, promos and music documentaries. Highlight: going on two world tours with one of the best-selling groups of all time. Lowlight: almost being responsible for a gig of 30,000 people being cancelled

What do you do when you’re not working at Redwood?
I enjoy a lot of tasty food as my wife is an incredible cook. And I’m keen on photography. I shoot and home process 35/120mm film

What are you proudest of from your time at Redwood so far?
Introducing Fight Club into Redwood, but everyone knows the first rule, right?! Or getting the whole company to lip sync battle

I’m the Creative Lead on our retail/lifestyle accounts and also work across new business

I spent 18 years working on newsstand magazines including Eve, Marie Claire, SHE and Livingetc. I also did time on newspapers

What do you do when you’re not working at Redwood?
I love cooking and going to gigs, but any rock ’n’ roll tendencies are balanced out by an increasing fondness for gardening

What are you proudest of from your time at Redwood so far?
Launching un-retouched covers for Boots Health & Beauty was a first for a glossy magazine. Also our Reader Cover Model Competition, which saw 8.5K people enter using a social media tool to put their own faces on the cover

What do you do at Redwood?
I’ve always been really curious about what makes people tick. I make sure we find powerful insights and we develop the right content strategies that unlock real potential for brands.

What did you do before working at Redwood?
I studied for a Masters in International Relations.

What do you do when you’re not working at Redwood?
I’m a mum of two fabulous and very energetic little boys, so life outside of Redwood revolves around entertaining them and being entertained by them. After that…red wine, walks in the Lake District and yoga (probably not at the same time).

What are you proudest of from your time at Redwood so far?
There are so many proud moments during my time at Redwood…re-launching Boots Parenting Club, pitching for and winning a multi-account contract with Royal Mail, growing and developing the Planning team to what it is today, becoming CSO…
